We survived our first night of boondocking without any issues. We still had battery power in the morning, but it was a bit toasty during the night.
We arrived at the Tom Sawyer RV park shortly after noon. This park is located right next to the Mississippi river on the river side of the dyke. Thus they have had to pull up stakes and move out when the river level rises. That does not seem to be an issue for now. The river seems a bit low, but then again it could be normal.

A trip to Wal-Mart was the highlight of the day.... yes life is not always that exciting on the road.. We sometimes do need to resupply.
Tomorrow we move a bit closer to the river for the remainder of our stay and perhaps a trip to the local large park to let the young one run free for awhile.
