Day 52 – Aug 27 Left RMNP, drove to Colorado Springs to Cheyenne Mountain state park

Cheyenne state park is on the southern edge of Colorado Springs.

The park sits up on a bluff overlooking Fort Carson. A rather pretty camp site at the foot hills of the Rocky Mountains overlooking the Colorado plain to the east.
